- 1 1/2 Lb Ziti
- 4 Tbs Butter
- 1 lb Ricotta Cheese
- 1 Egg
- Grated Romano Cheese
- 1 1/2 Quarts Spaghetti Sauce
- 4-6 White American Cheese

Step 1
Cook Ziti according to package directions. Drain and return to pan. Add butter and salt to taste. Grate cheese over Ziti and toss until all the ziti has some cheese sticking to it.
Combine Ricotta and Egg in separate bowl. Add to Ziti by tossing, do not mash. Pour sauce to cover bottom of 13x9 inch pan. Add Ziti, cover with sliced cheese.
Grate more Romano over mixture. Cover with spaghetti sauce. Bake at 450 degrees for 1o to 15 minutes or until sauce is bubbly and cheese melts.
If you refrigerate ziti before baking, take out of refrigerator one hour f=before baking and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
