Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups of flour
- 1 egg
- 1 yolk
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1/2 cup of butter
- zest of one lemon
- dash of salt
- 1/2 liter of cream patissiere

Preparation
Step 1
1. Place in the Cuisinart container, flour the sugar, the salt, butter and lemon zest and mix.
2. Add the egg, the yolk and stop the machine as soon as the dough forms a ball.
3. Separate the dough in two portions.
4. Roll the first part on floured surface and place in a mold.
5. Pour some cream patissiere and cover with the remaining dough.
6. Brush with beaten egg and bake in a medium oven 35-45 minutes
