  • icing:
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of fine sugar
  • 2/3 cup of flour
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1 tablespoon of hot water
  • sugar
  • 2/3 heavy cream
  • or
  • 3/4 cup of icing sugar
  • 1/4 cup of butter

Preparation

Step 1

1. Beat eggs and sugar until creamy.
2. Sift flour and cacao.
3. Incorporate in egg mix, adding the hot water at the end.
4. Pour in a mold lined with waxed paper.
5. Bake at 400 for 7-10 minutes.
6. Unmold on a waxed paper sprinkled with icing sugar.
7. Roll the cake and let cool.
8. Whip cream until frothy.
9. Unroll, take off paper and cream and reroll.
10. Sprinkle with icing sugar.
