Ingredients

  • 1 32 oz Ore Ida hashbrowns , thawed
  • 1 32 oz sausage meat, browned and drained
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 8 eggs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Coat 9x13 baking dish with melted butter.
3. Layer thawed hashbrowns on bottom. Sprinkle w/seasoned salt.
4. Add sausage.
5. Beat milk and eggs together and pour over layers.
6. Sprinkle cheese over top.
7. Bake for about 40 minutes
