- 4 cups water
- 1 cup quick-cooking polenta
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese

Step 1
Bring water to a boil. Stir in polenta-salt. Reduce heat to low, cook until thick, stirring frequently, about 5 mins. Stir in cheese.
Used regular cornmeal, minced garlic instead of garlic powder, and more cheese. Very good and simple to make. Definite repeater.
