- 1 C long grain rice
- 1-2 TBS butter
- salt
- 2 C water

Preparation
Step 1
Boil water, add salt and rice. Stir and cook (lower heat) 15 min or until just cooked and water absorbed. Drain add butter, S&P to taste. Fluff with fork.
