Chicken Parmesan

Ingredients
- 4 (5-6 ounce) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 (clove) garlic, minced or pressed
- 4 (tablespoon) butter
- 1/2 (cup) sour cream
- 1/2 (cup) parmesan cheese, grated
- Pinch (to taste) paprika
- 1 (large) lemon, cut into 4 wedges (optional)
- Pinch (to taste) salt and black pepper

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Mix Parmesan cheese with salt, pepper and paprika.
Pound chicken breasts slightly to flatten. Add butter and garlic to a small skillet and cook over low heat until butter is melted. Allow butter/garlic mixture to cool slightly. Mix half the garlic butter with sour cream. Cover each breast generously on all sides with sour cream mixture. Roll in seasoned Parmesan cheese.
Bake in a casserole dish, uncovered, 25 to 30 minutes, basting often with remaining garlic butter. During last 5 minutes of cooking place under broiler to brown cheese. Serve garnished with lemon wedges if desired.
