Ingredients
- 3 1/2 pounds Sweet potatoes, peeled and cut in 1” wedges
- 1/2 cup packed dark-brown sugar
- 2 TBS bourbon
- Course sugar and pepper
- 3 TBS butter at room temp.

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven 350.
Arrange sweet potatoes in a 9X13” baking dish
Add sugar and bourbon, toss to combine
Season with salt and pepper
Bake until sweet potatoes are tender and glazed. 1-1 ½ hrs.
Toss every 30 minutes. Stir in butter before serving.
