OMG...my husband gave this recipe a 10...I feel like a Bo Derek and I have arrived in the culinary world.

Ingredients
- 1 whole bunch of thyme minced
- 4 to 5 cups chopped chicken
- 10 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 whole diced Vidalia onion
- 3 sprigs thinly slice celery
- 1 quart chicken stock
- 1 cup heavy cream
- chicken chopped
- 1 whole pie crust to cover
- 3 stalks sliced and blanched carrots (blanche 3 minutes on boil)

saute vegis and wait until soften... combine into casserole and cover with pastry. cook 400* for 25 minutes.
