Christmas Morning Coffee Cake

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup butter
• 4 eggs
• 1 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
• 2 cups Bisquick
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 1/3 cup sour cream
• 1 tsp cream of tartar
• 1 small jar maraschino cherries, chopped
• 1 small jar green cherries, chopped
• 1 cup coconut
• 1 cup chopped nuts

Preparation

Step 1

1. Beat butter until creamy; add eggs and sugar and beat again. Add Bisquick and vanilla, stir in sour cream and cream of tartar. Add cherries, nuts and coconut, fold in. If mixture looks too dry, add a bit of milk, stir and pour into a 9" greased baking pan.

2. Bake in preheated oven at 350F for 45 mins or until toothpick comes out clean.
