Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
- 3 cups small broccoli florets
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 1-1/4 cups instant white rice, uncooked
- 1 tub (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Spread
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Italian* Five Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA

Preparation
Step 1
1. HEAT oven to 375ºF.
2. HEAT oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken, broccoli and onions; cook and stir 5 min. Stir in broth; bring to boil. Add next 4 ingredients; mix well.
3. SPOON into 8-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with shredded cheese. Cover.
4. BAKE 25 min. or until heated through, uncovering for the last 10 min.
