Ingredients
- 1 cup Quaker quick grits
- 1 1/2 cups (6 oz) sharp cheddar cheese -- shredded
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs -- well beaten
- 1 clove garlic -- minced

Step 1
Prepare grits as on package. Stir in cheese, butter, milk, eggs and garlic. Cook over low heat until cheese melts. Pour into 2 quart greased baking dish. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
