Step 1

425F Oven, Place Shallots on Rimmed Baking Sheet. Roast Until Skins are Brown, Blistered & Flesh is Tender.

Let Cool, Split Open or Slip Shallot Out of Skin.

USES:
Add to Pasta with Bacon, Lemon, Parmesan, etc.

Chop & Add to Seasoned cooked Beans.

Add to Vinaigrette Sauce.
