- 3 eggs
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Step 1
Mix up batter at least 2 hours before cooking. Beat eggs, then beat in all other ingredients. Batter should be thick, like thick farm cream. Do not refrigerate batter - it should get to room temperature. Grease a 12 compartment muffin tin and pour batter in. Bake about 40 minutes at 375°.
