- 100 g butter
- 1/4 cup castor sugar (superfine sugar)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 4 cups (120g) corn flakes

Step 1
Line two 12 hole deep patty pans (muffin pans) with paper baking cups.
Combine butter, sugar and honey in pan, stir over heat, without boiling, until sugar is dissolved; bring to boil, remove from heat. Place corn flakes in large bowl, add honey mixture, stir gently to combine. Spoon mixture into paper cases, bake in moderate oven (350F/180C) about 10 minutes
