  • 3 Egg Yolks
  • 1 TB Lemon Juice—fresh
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 stick (1/2cup) butter.

Step 1

Place the egg yolks, lemon juice and salt in a blender. Mix briefly on high. Melt butter in a sauce pan until frothy, but not burned. Turn blender on high and slowly pour the melted butter into the egg mixture in a small stream. May keep warm by placing container in warm water and covering with wax paper or
