Ingredients

  • 3 or 4 lbs Pork Cutlets or Chops
  • 1 bottle Italian dressing
  • 1/2 cup White Wine Vinegar
  • 2 Cups Dry White Wine
  • 2 Tbs Olive Oil
  • 6 Cloves Garlic crushed
  • 1 Tbs Coriander seeds crushed
  • 1 Tbs Cumin crushed
  • 1 Large Onion Sliced

Preparation

Step 1

Trim excess fat from pork and set in shallow baking glass baking dish. Mix the other ingredients together and pour over the pork. Add onion slices and mix. Cover tightly and marinate for two or three days in the refrigerator turning occasionally. Place pork in heavy pan with small amount of shortening and allow to fry in oven at 350 degrees until meat is cooked thoroughly, 30 to 45 minutes. This recipe is also excellent prepared on a grill.
