Ingredients
- 1/2 stalk celery, strings removed, thinly sliced
- 1/4 sweet onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 t fresh lemon juice
- 1 t EVOO
- 1 -2 t mayonnaise
- 1 slice raisin walnut bread
- 2 leaves Bibb lettuce
- 2-3 t Bardshar chutney
- 2 slices Stilton cheese
- Salt & pepper

Preparation
Step 1
1. Place celery, onion, lemon juice, and oil in a small bowl; toss well.
2. Spread mayonnaise on bread.
3. Top w/lettuce, turkey, chutney, celery mixture, & cheese.
4. Season w/salt & pepper.
5. Serve w/extra chutney on the side.
