Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 tea. Dijon mustard
- salt and pepper
- 2 Tbsp. cranberry sauce
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. canola oil
- use 1/4 cup dried cranberries in the salad

Step 1
Combine vinegar, mustard, and 1/4 tea. each salt and pepper in a bowl. Whisk until salt has dissolved. Add cranberry sauce and whisk until well blended. Slowly whisk in both oils.
