Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- almond bark

Preparation
Step 1
beat together butter, egg, vanilla, and 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
mix together flour, baking powder, and salt. add to egg mixture.
shape dough into 1 inch balls. roll balls in chopped nuts.
Place balls 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. flatten slightly. bake at 350 degrees F for 8 to 10 minutes.
CARMEL DRIZZLE
combine 1/2 cup brown sugar and heavy cream in pot and bring to a boil. Immediately drizzle over cookies.
CHOCOLATE DRIZZLE
break up almond bark and melt in microwave (watching closely to not burn). Drizzle over cookies.
