Chicken (Kirk's Greek Chicken)

Ingredients

• 1 Big Quart Tub of Hannah's Tzatzki Sauce at Costco (Yogurt Cucumber sauce). In produce section
• Pinch of garlic salt
• pinch of pepper,
• 1/2 to 1 teaspoon cumin.
• 1/4 cup of oive oil

Preparation

Step 1

Toss chicken in Tzatzki Sauce and add a pinch of garlic salt, pich of pepper and 1/2 to 1 teaspoon cumin. Also added 1/4 cup of olive oil to keep it from sticking to grill.

Marinate overnight. Is a good tenderizer.

Slice chicken breasts in thick strips to marinate. Can use thighs also.
