Ingredients

• 2 cups of flour
• 1/2 teaspoon of salt
• 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder
• 2 tablespoons of sugar for a sweet pie
• 1/4 cup of Crisco
• 1/2 cup of butter
• 1/2 cup of cold water

Preparation

Step 1

• Using a Cuisinart, pour flour, salt and baking soda (also sugar for a sweet pie).
• Mix for 30 seconds.
• Add Crisco, butter and spin until crumble.
• Slowly add cold water.
• Put away in aluminum foil and freeze.
• Freezing makes the best result. When you decide to make a pie, take the dough out of the freezer early in the morning. When thawed, roll on a floured surface.
