Ingredients

  • 4 rib steaks (10 ounces)
  • 4 tablespoons of oil
  • 2 Spanish onions minced
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of French mustard
  • 2 tablespoons of sour cream
  • minced parsley

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 400 (or grill)
2. Heat olive oil, and add onions for 10 minutes.
3. Season to taste.
4. Pepper the steaks and grill for 4 minutes or according to taste.
5. Add mustard and sour cream to onions, mix well and serve with steaks.
6. Sprinkle with parsley.
