Ingredients
- Topping:
- 1 lb. of minced lamb
- 1 lb. minced veal
- 1/2 lb. minced beef
- 1 onion minced
- 1 cup of shredded carrots
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 3/4 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon of horseradish (optional)
- 3 tablespoons of sliced olives (optional)
- 1 teaspoon sauge
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire
- 3 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
- salt and pepper
- 3 tablespoons of brown sugar
- 1/2 chili sauce or ketchup
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
- nutmeg

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat the oven at 350.
2. Mix all ingredients and put in a pan.
3. Mix all topping ingredients and pour over meatloaf.
4. Cook for 1 hour.
