Ingredients
- 1/2 head Romaine lettuce cut into bite size pieces
- 1/2 head butter lettuce cut into right size pieces
- 3 slices of chopped red onion
- 1/2 cup two croutons
- 2 oz crumbled blue cheese
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 1 heaping teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic minced

Preparation
Step 1
Break the Romaine and butter lettuce into bite size pieces. Add onion, croutons, and blue cheese. Toss with dressing and serve immediately.
Sauce: Whisk the oil, vinegar,dijon, garlic, and salt and pepper to taste together. Toss with beans and serve.
