Ingredients
- 1-1 1/2 filet
- 2 small onions
- 6 tablespoons of butter
- 1 cup of mushrooms
- 2/3 sour cream
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- pinch of mustard

Preparation
Step 1
1. Cut the meat in slices.
2. Brown the onion in the butter.
3. Add sliced mushrooms and add meat and sauté for 5 minutes.
4. Mix sour cream with flour and mustard and pour in casserole.
5. Stir well, cover and simmer for 10 minutes until the meat is tender.
6. Add sour cream and serve.
7. Serve with noodles.
