Ingredients
- 4 pounds cross rib
- 2 tablespoons of fat
- 6 tablespoon onion soup mix
- 6 potatoes peeled
- 6 carrots peeled

Preparation
Step 1
1. Brown meat on all sides.
2. Sprinkle half onion mix on foil, place meat and put rest of soup mix.
3. Wrap and place in swallow pan.
4. Roast at 325 for 2 hours.
5. Add potatoes and carrots and cook another 2 hours.
6. Unwrap last hour to brown.
