Sparkling Honey Lemonade in Citrus Salt-Rimmed Glasses
This summer classic gets a zesty makeover here. A mild honey such as orange blossom is an ideal choice to complement the lemon juice.

Ingredients
- 1 c freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 c honey
- 6 c sparkling water, cold
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Coarse finishing salt
- Lemon or lime wedges
- Ice

Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat lemon juice & honey in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until honey is completely blended with the juice.
2. Chill until cold, then stir & pour into a large pitcher.
3. Add cold water & stir to combine completely.
4. Mix lemon zest w/finishing salt in a small dish.
5. Rub the rim of serving glasses w/a wedge of lemon or lime.
6. Invert glass into dish of salt & turn to coat rim.
7. Add ice & lemonade. Serve immediately.
