Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 can ( l lb) salmon
  • 2 tsp. minced onion
  • 1/4 teas. liquid smoke
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice (fresh)
  • 1 Tablespoon Horseradish
  • 1/4 teas. salt
  • 1 cup chopped toasted pecans
  • 2 Tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Step 1

Can be made a day in advance

Don't roll into nut until an hour before serving.

With a mixer; beat cream cheese, salmon, minced onion, liquid smoke, lemon juice and horseradish and salt until well mixed. Shape mixture into a log roll. (If mixture is too soft to form, chill in fridge until firm. Mix pecans and parsley together. Roll log in pecans, parsley coating. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
