Ingredients
- 1 cup Kroger® Frozen Mirepoix Blend
- 1 leek
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 3 cups Kroger® Tomato Sauce
- 2 cups Kroger® Vegetable Stock
- 12 Private Selection™ Argentinian Red Shrimp, peeled and de-veined
- 10 ounces frozen, raw fish of choice
- 1 package (16 oz.) Private Selection™ White Wine Mussels (optional)
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil

Step 1
Clean and thinly slice leek; soak in water 2-3 minutes to remove sand, then drain.
Add oil, mirepoix, leek and garlic to programmable pressure cooker and set to sauté for 2-3 minutes.
Add all ingredients except mussels, cook for 7 minutes on manual setting; use quick vent to release steam.
Prepare mussels according to package, then divide into bowls.
Ladle stew over mussels and serve.
