  • 1/4 * 1/4 cup sugar or brown sugar
  • 1/4 * 1/4 cup water
  • 1 1/2 * 1 1/2 tbsp honey

Step 1

Bring sugar, water, and honey to a boil in a small saucepan, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Pour in nuts and coat well. Transfer nuts with a slotted spoon to a baking pan and roast in a single layer, stirring and redistributing occasionally, until golden brown. About 10 - 12 minutes. Spread nuts in a single layer on foil to cool completely. Break apart any nuts that are stuck together.
