Ingredients
- Warm in sauce pan:
- 12 oz. evaporated milk
- 2 egg yolks
- 2/3 cup milk
- 3 T. tapioca
- 1/4 t. salt
- In another pan melt:
- 3 T. butter
- 2/3 cup brown sugar-cook for 4 minutes-take off heat
- then whisk in 2t. bourbon,1t. vanilla and add the milk mixture

serve with whipped cream and toffee bits
