Ingredients

  • 1 lb of penne macaroni
  • 1 can of evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup of egg beater
  • 1 stick of butter, cut into pieces
  • 1/2 cup of shredded american cheese
  • 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 slice each of american, mozzarella, and cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Bake in a preheated, 350 degree oven.

Cook the penne macaroni according to package directions.

Drain into colander and rinse with cold water.

Grease a casserole dish; add the macaroni, milk, egg beater, butter, and the cupps of shredded cheeses.

Stir and place in oven.

Bake for approximately 30 minutes; take our of oven and stire.

Place back in oven and bake for approx. 30 minutes.

Take out of oven, if cheese is all melted and the mix is solidified, then add the individual slices of cheese on top.

Place back in oven, when the cheese melts it turns brownish and the casserole is complete.
