Ingredients
- 1 6 oz. chicken breast
- 1 C. cheese tortellini
- 1/4 C. proscuitto, sliced thin and diced
- 1 artichoke heart, quartered
- 1 tsp. minced fresh garlic
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 1 C. heavy cream
- 1 C. parmesan cheese
- 1 pinch oregano
- 1 pinch thyme

Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook tortellini according to directions.
2. Heat olive oil in saute pan and add chicken and garlic. Saute for 2 minutes. Add heavy cream and spices. Sitr and cook until oil and cream combine. Add artichokes, prosciutto and tortellini. Cook until sauce is reduced by half. Add half of the parmesan cheese and a pinch of salt. Cook until cheese melts. Serve with remainer of parmesan cheese on top.
