Ingredients
- 5 jumbo prawns, raw, peeled and deveined
- 1 diced tomato, seeded
- 1 green onion, diced
- 4 mushrooms (medium sized) quartered
- 1 T. garlic, minced
- 1 T. olive oil
- juice from 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 oz. dry white wine
- salt and pepper to taste
- pinch of fresh basil, chopped
- pinch of fresh oregano, chopped
- 4 oz. dry linguini
- olive oil
- garlic, minced

Step 1
1. For prawns: In medium saute pan, heat olive oil. Add shrimp and cook 3-4 minutes until almost well done. Add garlic and mushrooms, saute another minute. Add tomato, green onion and lemon juice, wine, salt and pepper. Cook for another 1 minute to heat through.
2. For pasta: Boil pasta until al dente, then rinse with cold water. Add olive oil. In saute pan, heat olive oil, add minced garlic. Saute until it starts to brown. Add pasta, salt and pepper to taste and cover the pasta.
3. To serve: lay bed of linguini on plate. Add prawns and parmesan cheese.
