Swedish Meatballs

By

This recipe is from Joy! It is a delicious dinner, very easy to make, and best served with mashed potatoes and green beans on the side. I use veggie meatball for Russ!

Preparation

Step 1

Brown meatballs, if desired and set aside.

Melt butter in a large saute pan. Turn off the heat and add the 3 tablespoons of flour to make a paste. Add the beef broth and water and turn on the heat. Stir until combined and mixture comes to a simmer. Add meatballs, (I usually just add them frozen), and simmer for 30 minutes to thicken sauce and heat the meatballs. Turn meatballs halfway through.

Serve over mashed potatoes with gravy.
