Turkey, Cheddar & Apple Sandwich
Raye's mustards are still ground by hand & made in small batches. For this sandwich, we used one with clean, pure heat and a wonderful, nearly luxuriant texture punctuated by tiny mustard seeds & bits of tart cranberries.

Ingredients
- 2 slices whole grain bread
- Raye's Fall Harvest Mustard with Maine cranberries
- 3 slices turkey breast
- 6 slices Granny Smith apple
- 2-3 slices of farmhouse Cheddar
- 1-2 T sprouts
