Ingredients
- 1 cup Nice!™ Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup Nice!™ Sweet Cream Salted Butter
- 2 tbsp. light corn syrup
- 1/2 cup Nice!™ Chopped Pecans
- 12 slices of thick white bread
- 6 Nice!™ Grade A Large Eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. Nice!™ Iodized Salt
- 1 tsp. Nice!™ Ground Cinnamon

Step 1
Combine brown sugar, butter and corn syrup in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly. Pour syrup mixture into a greased 13x9x2 inch baking dish with the Nice!™ pecans. Place six slices of bread on top of syrup mixture. Top with remaining six slices of bread. Combine eggs, milk, vanilla, salt and cinnamon, stirring until blended. Pour egg mixture evenly over bread slices. Cover and chill 8 hours. Bake in preheated 350°F oven 40-45 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve immediately. Makes 6 servings.
