Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup cracker or bread crumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp instant minced onion, rehydrated
- 1/4 tsp dry mustard
- salt and fresh ground black pepper
- 1-16 oz can whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1-8 oz can tomato sauce

Step 1
Combine first 6 ingredients. Mix well and shape into bite size meatballs. Brown carefully on all sides in large skillet over med-high heat. Mix cranberry and tomato sauce in bowl and pour over meatballs. Simmer covered 30 min.
