Ingredients
- 1/3 cup flour
- 3 Tnsp. fine-ground cornmeal
- 1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan
- 1/2 tea. garlic powder
- 1/2 tea. onion powder
- 1/2 pepper
- 1/4 salt
- 1/2 cup butt3rmilk
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 8 chicken breast tenders (bout 1 1/4 lb)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. oil
- cooking spray

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Combine first 7 ingredients in a medium shallow dish (pie pan). Combine buttermilk an egg in another pie pan.
Dredge chicken tenders in flour mixture. Dip chicken tenders in buttermilk mixture.
Warm oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken to pan; cook 3 minutes on each side or until browned.
Transfer chicken to a baking sheet coated with cooking pray. Bake at 425 degrees for 5 minutes or until chicken is done.
