- 1/2 lb. bacon, cooked
- 3 cloves garlic, diced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- salt
- pepper
- Brussel sprouts, shredded
- Parmesan cheese, grated

Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook the bacon and garlic together in a large pan until fully cooked.
2. Add in the olive oil, butter, salt, and pepper to the pan.
3. Toss the Brussel sprouts in the pan and fully coat with the mix.
4. Place in an oven-safe serving dish.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese, then cook for another 5 minutes, or until the cheese melts.
