Ingredients
- 2 C (8oz) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 C shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/3 C thinly sliced green onions
- 1 can (4oz) green chiles chopped
- 8 flour tortillas (8inch)
- 2 T melted butter
- Sour Cream
- Salsa

Step 1
Combine cheeses, set aside. Combine green onions and chiles, set aside. Layer 4 tortillas into each of 2 8inch round cakepans, sprinkling 2/3C cheese and2T chiles mix between each tortilla. Bruch top of tortillas with butter, Bake at 400* for 20min ntil cheese melts and tops are brown. Cool 5min. Invert onto platters and cut into wedges. Serve immediately with sour cream and salsa.
