Ingredients
- Dough
- 2 eggs
- 1 heaping tbs. butter, softened
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup milk

Step 1
In bowl beat 2 eggs well, then add other ingredients. Stir with a fork. If dough doesn't mix right, add a little water. I use my hands to mix the dough.
Roll out THIN. Cut into 1" squares.
MAKE BROTH
2 - 3 cans chicken broth
1 chicken cut in pieces (I usually use breasts)
Cook till chicken is tender.
Add dough squares and simmer for 1 hour. Add 3 or 4 potatoes peeled and cubed and cook for about 1/2 hour more or until potatoes are fork tender (do not overcook potatoes).
