  • 1 unbaked Pie Shell
  • 2 Tblsp. Butter
  • 1 cup Pecan halves
  • 1/8 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Dark Corn Syrup

Step 1

Arrange pecan pieces in the pie shell. Cream butter and sugar, add remaining ingredients and beat well. Pour into pie shell and bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes, then reduce to 350 degrees and bake around 30 to 35 minutes until center is firm.
