Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix or basic yellow cake
- 1/2 cup dark rum
- 1/4 cup canned crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/4 cup cream of coconut
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup basic cream cheese icing or store bough cream cheese icing
- 24 oz white chocolate for coating
- 1/2 about 1/2 cup sweetened shaved coconut for garnish

Step 1
1. Mix together the ingredients for making a yellow cake. After the ingredinets are fully combined, stir int eh dark rum, pineapple, and cream of coconut.
2. Followt he instructions for baking the cake.
3. While the cake is cooling, prepare the icing or open your store bought icing.
4. After the cake has cooled, crumble, mix with icing, form cake balls and freeze for at least 2 hours.
5. After the cake balls are dipped in white chocolate, place a piece of shaved coconut in the white chocolate cap.
