Jello Shots

Ingredients

• 1 (3oz) box cherry gelatin
• 1 cup boiling water
• 1 cup cold water
• 2 cups vodka

Preparation

Step 1

1. Into an 8 cup liquid measuring cup, add gelatin. Carefully add 1 cup boiling water, whisking until gelatin is dissolved. Stir in 1 cup cold water and vodka. Pour into glasses/cups and chill for at least 4 hours.

2. Using a butter knife or wooden pick, gently loosen top edge of gelatin from cups.
