S'mores Cake Balls

Ingredients

• 1 box vanilla cake mix or basic vanilla cake
• 1 cup finely crumbled graham crackers
• 1/2 to 3/4 cup cream cheese icing or store bought cream cheese icing
• 3/4 cup mini marshmallows, cut into tiny pieces
• 1/2 cup mini chocoalte hcips
• 24 oz dark chocolate for coating
• 1/2 about 1/2 cup mini marshmallows, cut in half for garnish
• 1/4 about 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs, for garnish

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix together the ingredients for making a vanilla cake. After the ingredients are fully combined, stir in the graham cracker crumbles.

2. Follow the instructions for baking the cake.

3. While the cake is cooling prepare the icing or open your store bought icing.

4. After the cake has cooled, crumble, mix with icing, form into balls and freeze for at least 2 hours.

5. After the cake balls are dipped in dark chocolate, place half a mini marshmallow int eh dark chocolate cap. Drizzle the cake balls one at a time with the dark chocolate and sprinkle with the graham cracker crumbs.
