Ingredients

  • 8 Medium Tomatillos, husked, rinsed and diced
  • 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 Jalapeno Pepper, seeded and diced
  • 1/2 cup Cilantro
  • 1/2 Medium Onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh Lime Juice
  • 2 tsp Frozen Orange Juice Concentrate
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/8 tsp Salt

Step 1

In medium skillet over medium heat, sauté diced tomatillos in olive oil until they begin to brown in spots. Place in medium bowl with all other ingredients and let stand for 1 hour before serving.
