Ingredients
- 2 square Wonton Wrappers
- 1 can Chunk White Chicken, drained and flaked
- 1/2 cup Fat-Free Mayonnaise
- 2 tsp Asian Seasonings
- 1 -inch fresh Gingerroot, diced
- 1 can Water Chestnuts, drained and chopped
- 1/4 cup Carrot, grated
- 1/4 cup Red Bell Pepper, diced
- 1 Tbsp Cilantro
- Additional Cilantro

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°. Press one wonton wrapper into each cup of mini-muffin pan. Lightly spray wontons with Pam or cooking spray. Bake 8-10 minutes or until edges are light golden brown. Cool completely. In mixing bowl, combine chicken, mayonnaise, Asian seasoning, gingerroot, water chestnuts, carrot, bell pepper and cilantro; mix well. Fill each wonton with mixture, garnish with cilantro.
