Ingredients

  • BEEF:
  • 1 -2 lbs lean ground beef
  • chopped onions
  • S&P
  • 1 tsp Thyme
  • 1 egg
  • flour for dredging patties in
  • SAUCE:
  • mushrooms - either fresh or small can
  • 1 C heavy Cream
  • 1 + TBS flour
  • 1 C white wine
  • 1 beef bouillon cube or envelope

Preparation

Step 1

Saute onions - set aside, saute mushrooms if fresh and set aside

in bowl, mix hamburger, Thyme, S&P, egg and add onions. Form patties, drench in flour

Saute patties at low - med. heat, remove to plate when done.

add sauce incredients, stir and allow to thicken over med heat - add mushrooms then patties to warm through.
