Ingredients
- BEEF:
- 1 -2 lbs lean ground beef
- chopped onions
- S&P
- 1 tsp Thyme
- 1 egg
- flour for dredging patties in
- SAUCE:
- mushrooms - either fresh or small can
- 1 C heavy Cream
- 1 + TBS flour
- 1 C white wine
- 1 beef bouillon cube or envelope

Preparation
Step 1
Saute onions - set aside, saute mushrooms if fresh and set aside
in bowl, mix hamburger, Thyme, S&P, egg and add onions. Form patties, drench in flour
Saute patties at low - med. heat, remove to plate when done.
add sauce incredients, stir and allow to thicken over med heat - add mushrooms then patties to warm through.
